Well, that's the likely scenerio. Seems Luis Noggles, who owned 97.5 here in LA/Riverside in the mid 90s is purchasing new move ins 107.1 and 101.5 which should cover most if not all of Denver. I would expect a rival to 96.5 on one and possibly competition to 92.1 or mabye even a tropical on the other. David, you know anything about this guy? Is he a competent owner that runs Spanish stations effectively?<P ID="signature">______________

97.5 was a disaster until it was sold... several formats, multiple PDs, etc.

Denver is not big enough for multiple stations, as the Hispanic population is low, and the degree of assimilation is high. I don't know if Luis Nogales has money on his own. 97.5 was a venture capital endeavor.
