Desiree Fontaine Exits WTNH/8

The "News 8" on-air personality has resigned from the station in the wake of larceny charges after shoplifting at a Sears outlet earlier this summer. Her attorney has announced that Fontaine, who has already performed community service, thus dismissing the charges, says that she plans to "be a volunteer working with children overseas" while she awaits her next opportunity and "getting on with her life and career."
