DESPERATELY SEEKING JOE NIAGARA WIBG

Being from Philly, that's where I studied and learned radio as a teenager..and I'm on the lookout for anybody who has airchecks of WIBG, when Paul Drew programmed them to take them back in the game against WFIL, from May 1968 to October 1969. When Drew came in, he retained only two jocks...Ray Gilmore, who went on to be Sean Casey of WOR-FM, and station legend Joe Niagara, who did AM Drive. Almost no airchecks exist or have surfaced of Niagara doing that format...which he pulled off flawlessly.

It was America's greatest radio battle...but nobody seemed to roll tape on Wibbage. Can anyone help?Contact me at [email protected], or, call me at 570-351-2712. Thanks. Oh yeah...I share everything I've got!
