Destin Pirate on 95.3?

Just got back to Cincinnati from a week in Destin and heard a station that was playing at the condo pool, but isn't licensed. "Rocket 95.3" was doing a Classic Hits format, and the signal was clear from the Walton County line on Old 98 all the way to Henderson Beach State Park. Very little imaging, but they did give a web site - www.krcusa.com - unless I heard it wrong it doesn't work. This is not the LPFM from Crestview.

Any ideas?

It was not skip. It was a station with a transmitter located somewhere in Destin. Very consistent signal everyday.
