It looks like WDTW (106.7 The Beat) is starting to make a move thanks to that 2.4-3.0 surge.

At the same time, it appears that the Top 40 war between WKQI and WDZH is starting to take its toll.
 
I don't see how The Beat will grow too much more because it does not have a local morning show. This town has never embraced a satellite morning show.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if WDTW does find a replacement for Cubby in the near future, but at this point they must be happy with him in that timeslot. The only options would be moving Lisa Lisa or Joe Rosati to mornings, but thats just a suggestion.
