Mayor To Subpoena Station For Interview Tape

Talk WGMD/REHOBOTH BEACH, DE may be subpoenaed by the Mayor of DEWEY BEACH, DE for a copy of an interview between host JARED MORRIS and a former station secretary who alleged that two off-duty police officers drank and served her drinks on a "GIRLS GONE WILD" party bus, reports the WILMINGTON NEWS-JOURNAL. JASMINE WOODS' voice was disguised on the interview, and the station initially said that the tape of the show was destroyed, but PD DAN GAFFNEY tells the paper that a tape of the interview without WOODS' altered voice exists and will be turned over if Mayor DELL TUSH issues her subpoena.
