DFW July ratings

I wouldn't normally comment, but there are some unusual things in the July ratings that weere just released: https://ratings.****************/cgi-bin/rol.exe/arb024

I note streams for KERA, KCBI and KLUV show up. I've seen streams in before, but I can't recall seeing 3 streams in one report.

More surprising is that KEGL-HD2 shows up. It has no translator support. Unless in wrong (and please correct me if I am) that is based purely on the HD signal. I've never seen any HD2 show up in a DFW report before.

Granted, the 3 streams and HD2 account for a total of 0.5 share, it is still unusual.

Some other things that are unusual is that KHKS is dropping in the ratings, and it shows that KEGL-HD2 is not owned by iHeart.

This is the result of the new Nielsen policy where HD-2's of subscribing stations that get at least one qualifying incident of listening meet the minimum reporting standard and get a 0.1 share.

Oh wow. I had no idea that was the case. Very interesting.
