DFW OTA-DT - USD-TV

I did a scan on my Voom box today and found something interesting. KTAQ-DT (46) and KMPX-DT (30) are finally scanable/lockable. Looks like they finally got PSIP data working. I'm also getting USD-TV channels which includes ESPN, Disney, TLC, etc. as sub channels OTA! Only problem is I'm only getting audio on a couple of channels and no video except for their preview channel.

Can anyone shed some light on USD-TV? What are they using to prevent current OTA-DT box owners like myself to not receive these channels? Their website doesn't mention DFW as being ready yet. Some of yall who have OTA-DT should do a scan and see what yall get! I'll be keeping an eye on these channels for video!

USDTV is a bandwidth-robbing "wireless cable" service that charges $20/month for about 12 channels, such as Fox News and the Disney Channel. It uses MPEG-4 compression (I think?) and so non-USD boxes won't decode it.

I don't mind the idea, just so long as it doesn't show up on stations that are doing HD, like it did in Salt Lake City and Albuquerque. I should think Dallas would have enough signals to support USDTV without using bandwidth of the HD stations.

MPEG-4 would explain why my Voom box can't decode it. They are using KMPX-DT (Spanish Ind.) and KTAQ-DT (Religious Ind.) so DFW is ok when it comes to major networks and HD b'width.
