DFW stations ENG cameras

What are the DFW stations using for secondary ENG cameras? For instance, I've seen KXAS using Panasonic AVCHD (AVCCAM) cameras for sporting and maybe other events. Anyone using any HDV cameras, instead of "true" HD? If so, does it broadcast well?
