I may be late on this one, but I heard this on Rick Dees this morning, here on KSLZ ST.Louis,,, They say it may even beat the Roxette Original Version.

Sweet! And yes, the original version by Roxette did indeed peak at number one.
Congrats to Robbins, I hope more big hits are to follow :)

Maybe in the pop 100, but in the BB Hot One Hundred DHT peaked at 8 so far.

*ONLY THING*
more impressive, was the -ACTUAL- Countdown/charts, --then,

when roxette hit #1, on the chart they did so; Well, it seems now..
(not so much the request9@9 stuff) but, the 'real'charts, there
are apparently "more" and/or, they songs, climb faster, and
stay longer, and drop instantly; DHT (RESPECT/BIG Ups!! : )
but a #1 in '05 versus..a numero uno in '89/ hats off to roxette..
and kudos to DHT !!! for repeating the success of the a song...
from 1.5 decades ago !!

"Listen to Your Heart" is #1 on the BDS Top 40 Mainstream Airplay chart. Our peak on the Hot 100 is #8 while Roxette went #1. This week we were #10 on the Hot 100 so even going Top 5 is highly unlikely. But what was accomplished by our team at Robbins has been something special. Two Top 10 Hot 100 singles in the last couple of years from a Dance Label with a total of nine people in the company. This will also give us our first Gold Record at the label (over 100,000 downloads).

So once again thanks for your support!

Congrats John, your label is one all the other indies should follow if they wish to make dance more accepted at the radio level. From the product to the promotion to distribution. It's all very effective and top notch. Great work.

KSME 96.1 FM in Colorado (where I was for a short vacation) played the hard trance version twice within the hour along with the Crazy Frog song too. But yes I think this song finally took off.<P ID="signature">______________

Good for dht. Don't know if this will really inpact dance that much though, but it sure sounds nice on the radio, especially since it's a song I like.

Just an update....DHT is now the #1 song here at 103.5Kiss-FM here in Chicago. They also play it on another CHR station called 97ZOK, and they place the dance version.

Cheers,

Yeah ZOK is a legendary CHR from Rockford ;) They tend to be more conservative sounding then the average CHR, but they've been extremely successful for years and years.

The coolest thing is, Rick played the dance mix when "Listen To Your Heart" went to number 1. He could've easily given us the ballad version, so to hear triple digit BPM after the tympani roll last week put a big smile on my face.
