Dial Global merge - AC network going bye bye?

I'd like to know if the Dial Global AC network is going defunct and being replaced by Hits and Favorites for all of their stations. My closest Dial Global, KSWW 102.1 Aberdeen, flipped from ABC/Citadel to Dial Global around 2009. Will this mean all Dial Global stations flip to the Hits and Favorites network (with Mary Rose, Steve Eberhart etc)? Or does it stay the same? Perhaps someone could help me out here.

At this point, it's hard to tell what's to become of the Dial Global formats once the potential merger with Cumulus Media takes place.
