It looks like this collaboration(Along with Clark's return) helped "New Year's Rockin' Eve '06" win both its prime time and 11:30(E/P)/10:30(CT) slot, with the late night airing beating "New Year's Eve With Carson Daly" on NBC and "New Year's Eve Live" with Regis Philbin on Fox.

That's good, hopefully next year on the music side of things, there will be more than the pop crap we were stuck hearing, unless it has something to do with "new music" and a "new year".
