Dick Durbin's Comments

Did anyone hear Dick Durbin's comments (I think on the Senate floor) regarding our treatment of prisoner's at Guantanomo Bay on any local or national news outlet. He compared the treatment of the prisoners to what the Nazi's in Germany did or Pol Pot's actions in Cambodia. I just heard a snippit on Rush's show this afternoon.

I checked Yahoo/Reutters and Fox News and didn't see anything.

Durbin's comments, whether you're a Democrat, Republican, or Vegitarian, comes close to crossing the line--IMO.

An interesting question: If this hasn't been reported by any news organization, why not?

Dick Durbin reads the memos verbatim from "corporate". His statements are outside the realm of reality. I don't think he can even remember the last time the words that came out of his mouth reflected any semblance of reasonable or worthy of paying attention to.

So this is the political board now? If we`re going to attack
politicians for shooting their mouths off, let`s not forget
Senate Republican leader Bill Frist (Tenn.) who told us Terri
Schiavo was responding to light, when in fact today`s autopsy
proved she was blind. Bill Frist was supposedly a doctor before
becoming a politician, makes you wonder about his qualifications
for either job?

It will fall and none too soon (though it will probably take

Keep spreading the truth! Capitalism is a miserable failure and
will soon be proven to be the malignant tumor on humanity it has
