I just can't picture Dick on The Mountain. Happy for him if he has a new gig, that's great news. But I think he's out of place a bit. I wish him the best and hope he succeeds!
 
I was surprised he's working at the Mountain, but I'm glad they gave him a shot. Nice to see a station do something unexpected every once in a while.
 
I had never heard the guy and caught him on The Mountain. I don't doubt he is a good guy. He just isn't very good on the air. Not major market talent. Is he going to be part of a morning team? He will need a much better cast around him.
 
It sounds like it's only a temporary gig for Dick. This is what's posted on the Mountain's website.

"Marty Riemer is off visiting his relatives in Germany for a couple of weeks. Meanwhile, his good buddy, Dick Rossetti, is filling in. No worries, you'll still hear Marty with the 7:20 and 5:20 funnies everyday...and Cover Me...and 9 @ 9."
