When did he get canned? I just read Virgin's article that said that Lazlo will be doing an afternoon show with his wife and some other guy. I would imagine this means less and possibly no music in PM drive. Couple that with Carolla in the morning, and this station that was once all about the music, has done a complete 360.
 
I doubt they'll get rid of music entirely in the afternoon, but yes I would imagine there will be less.

I think the station is going in the right direction by adding some real personality. Granted the morning show sucks, and I'd prefer a local show, but I think the addition of entertaining radio is what the station needs to survive right now.
 
I remember driving thru KC and hearing Laszlo (sp?) me don't know. It was all negative. Such easy radio. Hate. Now he's got his 2 ton wife on with him. does anybody think this is right? Deeperly-like-ish...Do we need Laslo (sp?) and his creepy pisssed off no humor show??

Hasn't the whole husband and wife team show been tried already? Jackie and Bender come to mind...
 
What confuses me is that I thought his wife was still going to do mornings in KC from a studio here in Seattle. Don't tell me Entercom has gotten that cheap where they are making their talent handle 2 shifts.
 
Lazlo is an aquired taste, I will give you that. But don't expect the cheesy husband and wife show that you are used to hearing. They kept it a secret that they were together most of the time they were in KC. There will be music..and not just the hits either...I can promise you that. Give it time and it will grown on you, but don't judge it before it even hits the air.
