Did any Philly stations ever have translators?

I occasionally see IDs on PBS12 for a translator in Seaforth, DE.

Actually, that's full-license station WDPB-64 Seaford. But from my understanding it's a 100% relay of channel 12.

87.7 is the audio frequency of Ch 6 nationwide, not a translator. Ch 7 is located past the end of the FM dial near the Aviation Band. And it's actually 87.75Mc, which is why some FM radios cannot get it clearly.

Now, in the '50's, WFPG-TV 47 was rebroadcasting ALL of the Philly Channels in Atlantic City, including the DuMont Network which had the Honeymooners. The original building and tower are still in use today. They are on the right hand side as you enter the city on Rt. 30, the White Horse Pike, as WMID and WZBZ.

Not quite. WFPG-TV 46 was an NBC affiliate that also carried DuMont, CBS, and ABC shows on a piecemeal basis. It didn't rebroadcast the Philadelphia stations.

WCMC-TV 40 (now WMGM-TV) was a full NBC affiliate which, in the 1970's, used KYW's signal (via coax) for network programs but didn't rebroadcast any local programs from KYW.

WGBS-TV "Philly 57" ran on W46BL (I think that was the callsign) in the Lehigh Valley for a time in the '90s, and also explored leasing and/or purchasing the LPTV W05AX in Cape May to mandate cable carriage on the old TKR...

Reading's Channel 51 ran on Channel 65 in Harrisburg...
