Did anyone else hear the train wreck on WHAS this morning?

I turned on WHAS this morning at 10 to listen to the news, and thought I'd then listen to the "Jill on Money" show. Instead, Larry Kudlow's show was on, and this tends to be the practice when it is pre-empted from the night before. Then a few minutes later, I hear a woman's voice speaking about Connecticut. At the bottom of the hour, the show is identified as "The Stephanie Miller Show." Having never heard her before, I thought I'd listen, but a few minutes later, there was Larry Kudlow again.

How could something like this happen?

Also, does anyone listen to that financial advisor Quint during the 11 a.m. hour? I cannot listen to him more than 5 minutes.
