Its hilarious, its Jamacian, Reagge advertisement format, it has to be originating from NYC, all the commercials are for NYC gigs, dances, and vacations...this is all in-between crazy Jamacian music, the jock is screaming with a weird accent', you have to hear it....Its on 92.9 in MONO, stong in the south philly area. The funny thing is its all NYC information, its a NYC station with probably a translator in the south philly area. Oh BTW the liners are by some white guy with a very polished voice...It is going my the name Flavor Radio...
 
There are so many of those in Newark and Brooklyn, Caribbean music and a screaming DJ. Expect more to pop up in Philly. Say goodbye to static on 92.9.
 
There are so many stations like this in Boston ;D, we have so many pirates on the dial it's not even funny. First adjacents to locals, broadcasting over stations, etc, pirates are really stupid 8)
