Was the best radio ever done or what whats ur opinion?
 
My opinion? They should get their 5k directional signal on, and stop interference with 1370 WPAZ. Also, an NRSC bandwidth splatter check would be nice.
 
This Sunday at 11am on Wnjc 1360 you can hear tons of Phillies coverage don't miss it already taped interviews from city hall including 5 ballgirls and fire commionser Ayers
 
I understand Mets announcer Tom McCarthy was supposed to appear on your show on Sunday but couldn't make it; tell me, do you know if he's recovered from that apparent bout with "laryngitis" that dawned on him Sunday afternoon?
 
The Mike Phillips show is now a fan driven program with interviews and more interviews with the fans so far this week i been at city hall Phils rally and today at the pregame parking lot tailgate .

Radiofan2007, the "broadcast" consisted of a cell phone call from the stadium parking lot with the "host" begging the crowd to do a forced Phillies cheer on a brokered religious station. No, it was not the best radio ever done. Great "trainwreck listening," however. I hope that answers your queston.
 
how many times does 610 say give me a eagles chant i learned from listening to the number one sports station but they would never give the fans a chance to be heard.
 
I don't know what you're talking about (your post is a bit difficult to read without punctuation and caps). I hear the fans at remotes on 610 all the time as I'm sure everyone else does. However, when 610 does a remote broadcast, it is done on professional broadcast equipment, not a cell phone.

Sorry, you are NOT a radio host, Mike.

You are a "brokered time buyer" who pays to be talking on a cellphone for 30 minutes at a whack. Let's get it straight and correct.

Anyone can do that ... by check, cash or credit card.

That's no excuse. A "real" radio host should use correct grammar on the air, which, the times I've listened to you for unintentional comedic value, you have not. A good broadcaster needs to study his or her craft and continue to improve, which you have not. You need remedial grammar lessons, voice coaching to get rid of your Philadelphia regionalism and serious radio coaching.

But, as long as you can afford to buy your time, you’ll have a show, albeit a non-sponsored one.

Okay: 15 years as a national TV host and over 10 years morning and afternoon drive in radio. Also 8 years as a Creative Director at an advertising agency. Hardly a know-it-all, just someone who enjoys good radio.

I don't know what any of that has to do with your poor grammar and unprofessional sound on the radio. You need help.
 
Thats the problem right there you want everything professional last i checked howard stern changed the business years ago and why do you high standards for a brokered station give me a break until you sign my paycheck and people enjoyed the show last week sorry to hurt your feelings.

As I'm typing this now, the series is over...1,2,3 games you're out...

Whats left? Another sub standard season in the 47 year quest to get an NFL title....

Well genius, if you knew what you were talking about, you wouldn't have said the above.

The pep rally's were held in each of the 8 cities where teams made the playoffs, by MLB mandate.

I'm glad you're from a far superior sports town than we are. You're so cool!

Actually, you could very well be from Philly and just happen to be a Yankees, Cowboys, Spurs and Anaheim Ducks bandwagon fan.

I don't mind the suffering. At this point, I embrace it. When we finally do win a major championship here it will be all the better.
 
Kyle is right our time will come by 2010 i am 100 percent sure phils will be back next year with pitchers who can win playoff games bank on it .
