DID I READ IT RIGHT...65 CENTS A SHARE? PERSONAL GUARANTEE?

I was looking at stock prices tonight. Did I read right....SIRIUS XM now down to 65 center/per share?

I don't play the stock market. I'd rather use hard work to make my money. I don't know much about the market. One question. Is a major shareholder allowed to issue a personal guarantee to a major personality to lure him to Sirius XM?

Nope. If a major investor has a cozy relationship with someone high in a company he can try to make things happen that he might be interested in seeing, but in reality, no.

Good time to buy Sirius.

Where do you envision the stock price going, and when?

46 cents today. If you believe XM Sirius is here to stay, it's a great buy.

With 3.17 billion shares outstanding isn't it about time to do an 8 for 1 reverse stock split? The per share price is off nearly 90% post merger. Mel has lost his touch and needs to resign from the company! Off with his head...lol.lol People on the web are saying this company is dead and the shareholders are even more than dead. XM would have been better off on its own.

Don't confuse a stock price with how well a company is doing, namely in this current meltdown. Sirius isn't going anywhere. NASDAQ as a whole has taken serious hits as of late and investors are running scared of tech stocks. Sirius still has 16 million subscribers and like me, they are happy with the service. Most of the fear about Sirius involves the car industry and it's disastrous position right now. Sirius gets most of its new subs from these purchases. I wouldn't worry, Sirius isn't going anywhere.

So, O.K.! I admit that I am like Sgt. Schultz, "I know nothinnnng!" I have never owend a share of stock so I know nothing about listings. Is the stock XM, Sirius, XMSirius, SiriusXM, or none of the above. Have the stocks merged as yet or are they still listed seperately? And how is/are it/they listed?

A few more days like the last few, and Mel will be able to buy GM and Ford...
