Did iheart radio stop rds clock time?

I like to sync my clock radios when I can to rds. Here lately Austin iheart doesn't sync Houston doesn't sync. Kkhh min 96.5 times are a hour behind.
 
Glad some stations still think it's a thing. KILT in Houston have the correct RDS time and KKMJ in Austin has the right time, I use that to sync my radios.
