Did KAHL 1310 ever move to 107.9?

I saw an application for KAHL's translator K264CJ to move from 100.7 to 107.9, but I'm not sure if the move ever came to fruition.

Does anyone have any information on this potential move?

Also, how much would it interfere with one's ability to DX KFAN 107.9 in Bulverde or Timberwood Park?
 
No it has not moved. It has a year and a half left before it runs out of time.

Another thing KFAN hasn't been on the air at high power at all these past few years. I haven't heard it except very weak near it's location. I think they're moving the transmitter and antenna.
