Did Kass give Helen Glover an exclusive on potential state layoffs?

According to the WHJJ website he did, which strikes me as odd considering his history with WPRO.

it's actully split pretty much down the middle-although i wouldn't be surprised if he spent more time at Pro. he was at HJJ 1980 to 85 when he made the big defection over to Pro when i was on eastern ave. i don't think he ever left there did he? maybe for a little while in the 90's back to HJJ but ultimnately most of it was at PRO
 
His Boy Dan Yorke has been KILLING the Governor lately for his absentee governing and lack of political skills.
Helen is still drinking The Don's kool-aid and fawns over him at every opportunity throwing more softballs to the Governor than The Kass Man ever did (how he got his State job).
Reward for being the Governor's PR machine.
