Did KBAR ever get upgraded?

They had a Construction Permit to upgrade coverage, but so far I don't notice anything. I guess they are still on the same tower? Mega 101 usually bleeds over 100.9.
 
Good question, since the CP supposedly was to expire July 28th. I'd think you should be able to notice a little stronger signal at your place in Lavaca County, assuming they've actually upgraded from a Class A to a C3. It's a different tower, BTW, on the southeast side of Victoria.
 
I don't think they ever got upgraded. The signal never improved. I thought that I would notice a deferents also, but none. I see that it expires at the end of the month also. Maybe they decided not to upgrade.
