Did KNDE get stronger?

Did KNDE get stronger? I wonder if their HD signal is full 10db? It is strange I can pick up KNDE over KVIC almost every night I am only 35 miles from KVIC.
 
Large high pressure weather system plus warm temperatures over southeast Texas are probably resulting in some very nice tropo conditions.
