Did KRPT 92.5 flip?

I'm hearing what sounds like a Hot AC on it now. Haven't heard a station name, but I just heard a liner saying "What the heck, who turned off the music?" Now it's playing Usher - "DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love".

K227BH 93.3 is still classic country.

Yep, definitely a new skewing Hot AC. I've heard Katy Perry's "Roar", Adele's "Rumor Has It", Imagine Dragons's "Radioactive", Bruno Mars's "When I Was Your Man", C-Lo's "Forget You", and a few other songs that seem like they're from the 90's perhaps but I'm not sure about the names.
No commercials on the station and the liners are just short messages like "New Music: *insert artist and title of new song here*". No legal ID on either the 10:00 or 11:00 hours.

Well, it switched to classic country again about 30 minutes ago. I have an aircheck, I started it at about 12:25 this morning and it flipped back after 12:50 or so, so this gives you an idea of what it sounded like. http://twup.me/if
It just cut off during Maroon 5's "Love Somebody" and started playing Conway Twitty.

If this was a stunt, I wish it were still around. Nice to have commercial-free music.
If this was a mistake... Congratulations CC, not only did you blow up one of your stations for a day and not notice, you forgot the legal ID! LOL that's what happens when stations are managed by robots.

I got the chance to hear 92.5 KRPT in stereo a minute ago... Wow it sounds pretty bad in stereo. Sounds like they're using a low quality stream. Strangely though in mono it doesn't sound too bad. Perhaps they should just use a mono signal.

Doing it again! Hot AC, but I didn't hear a liner yet. I like this stuff. LOL

Why Hot AC? Doesn't San Antonio have enough pop/chr music stations? Why not a decent rock station or alternative? CC (er, I mean iHeart, should be proud of the Hot format on 104.5. Why attempt another pop station?

Are you in town? If so you can listen.

If not, go to www.globaltuners.com, create an account there, and use one of the SA receivers.

[edit] I checked one of the SA receivers on GT, but 92.5 comes in as just static. Sorry about that, guess they're too far away. Maybe one of us can set up a webstream of 92-5 from an FM tuner who can pick it up.

[another edit] Back to country as of now.
