Did KXGJ NGEN Victoria sale?

I saw a while back KSBJ was selling KXGJ, They are still broadcasting NGEN. I hope it stays like that. I think KXBJ comes in Victoria pretty clear every time I pass through.

That's no good. Guess I will be DX'n to KZBJ.
 
They switch must of happened during the week. They are now a Spanish format :mad:. Now I'll be DX'n somewhere to get NGEN when I'm down in the area. Luckily they are on tune in.
 
KXGJ - KBRZ Apparently the new owners don't like to keep their contractual obligations or play well with others.

Radio Alleyluya (Or however they spell it) is going against an existing lease they agreed to honor on the tower of KBRZ for a translator. I was called in to research this and based on PDFs of contracts I have seen, the new KBRZ is abdicating an existing contract they specifically agreed to uphold in the sales agreement.

I was called in to evaluate this and apparently KBRZ is in serious violation of the lease, which was recently renewed in February.

Details are forth coming.
