Did LAT-TV make it on the air?

LAT-TV was supposed to launch today (5/19) but no sign of their flagship station here in Houston. Did they make it on the air on Channel 42 in Phoenix? ??? ???

Nothing here. KVPA-LP applied today for a license to cover their relocation from a relatively remote East Valley location to the South Mountain antenna farm after only receiving the CP one month ago today. Hmmmm. I'm no engineer, nor do I play one on TV, but when other stations take nearly the entire 3 years to get a CP on the air, is it really feasible that KVPA-LP would be ready to go in one month? Also, there was nothing from their old location last night.

Did some additional checking when I was out tonight, just to make sure their actual signal from South Mtn. matches their predicted coverage* but I don't get any signal from South Mtn., nor from Usery Mtn. which was their old location. While I was at it, I checked their companion station, K25DM, which was originally supposed to get LatTV, but they're still running HSN, just as before.*My home is well within the predicted coverage area for KFPH-CA, but I cannot get their signal. Once I get north of South Mtn., I can. I am almost due east of the TV towers, about 8-9 miles away. I thought KVPA-LP might have a similar situation. In fact, I almost expect it, due to the fact that they need to protect co-channel and primary service KHRR-DT in Tucson.
