Did Nassau sale of LV properties fall through?

Under the thread about the open position at 99.9 The Hawk, someone seemed to suggest that Nassau's sale of its LV properties fell through. Is this true? they were supposed to sell to Access.1 which has an AM in NYC and a group in Atlantic City, among other places.
 
I must admit I do not have any recent news. Last I heard a month or two ago, the sale did not go through. I do not know why or if it can be resurrected.
