Did Romney pressure WTTT to cancel Mass Resistance show?

Mass. Resistance, a group opposed to gay marriage, has done a weekly radio show on WTTT 1150,
"Boston's Conservative Talk". The group's site said that WTTT has cancelled the show but attempts
are being made to bring it back.
They feel that a certain presidential candidate--that well known liberal Mitt Romney*, perhaps?--
pressured Salem to cancel the show

http://www.massresistance.com

*--yeah I'm sarcastic here, but they say right on the page that the candidate in question was someone
who was frequently criticized by the group...and the group puts out some kind of 'Truth About
Romney' report...

"LATEST UPDATE: On Wednesday, the station manager phoned MassResistance and offered to work out an arrangement to get us back on the air! (Your calls & emails were VERY effective!) More details to come."

It also says: "Information from a Salem Radio source leads us to believe that pressure from the campaign of a certain Republican presidential candidate whom we've widely criticized prompted this decision."

From same site: "As he starts his run for president, our former governor is posturing himself around the country as a solid conservative. Don't believe it without reading the truth report on Mitt Romney."

Anyone who knows local nutjob Brian Camenker and his co-host Ami Contrada knows that they just lie to further their cause. The small band of far right wing radicals who are more than preoccupied with anything related to homosexuality are upset with Romney for not declaring marshal law to stop gay marriage.

Their "program" was actually an infomercial that Camenker who changes the name of his group every six months used to raise funds most of which went directly into his and Ami's pocket. He took 50k of the money MR raised last years and gave Ami 10K.

The other anti marriage groups like the Mass Family Institute have distanced themselves from Camenker.

I have no idea why the new Salem GM decided to stop taking his money but I doubt the Romeny people even knew the informercial existed.

That's what I figured, that it was an informer--er, brokered time. But when their money isn't good
enough for Salem to take...
Interestingly enough I notice Brian Maloney's blog takes money from both pro- and anti-gay marriage
vote supporters (note that the vote the Legislature is considering, part of a Constitutional convention,
is whether or not a vote by the people shall be allowed, not a direct vote on whether or not to
outlaw gay marriage)
