Did Sirius take off XM 81 The Strobe?

It is no longer available over the air and only available through the online stream.
 
Another great niche station you probably bought sirius for gone!They kill off stations after you get
"used to" hearing them.I wonder why they did this. ???
 
They won't let you ask why or provide any opinion whatsoever. Try calling them, you'll be connected to India. There's no such thing as two-way conversation with Sirius/XM between customer and corporate owners I've found. Count me in as also liking the Strobe.
I wonder how many listeners Pearl Jam radio has? Does anybody like or care about Pearl Jam?
 
Pearl Jam pays SiriusXm to be on that channel, you need Donna Summer & the Village People to offer them some cash and maybe the Strobe will be back on. Money talks ;D
 
Pearl Jam was and still is way overrated than they deserve to be. I tend to consider them the poor mans Nirvana. hehe
 
I say flush the 90s,Wrxp 101.9 is playing more 90s burnt out crap ,so Im listening to the Sirius more!
Why doesnt RXP go new alternative?I will miss the Strobe,hopefully it will return after pearl jam.
 
I say we all have to write / email Sirius/XM and request the return of "The Strobe" as it appears that "Pearl Jam Radio" is going to be a 'permanent channel' like the other payola channels bought out for Bruce Springstein, the Grateful Dead, (mostly) Jimmy Buffet and Elvis. Only Elvis and the Beatles deserve their own permanent channel; in my opinion, the others should share ONE channel and rotate who gets it each week!
