Did Stephen A. Smith Say The N-Word On ESPN Radio?

Today, the "Bang Cartoon Radio Hour" show played an old clip of Stephen A. Smith's now-defunct radio show on 1050 ESPN Radio, in which he got into a confrontation with a caller, and toward the end, it sounds like he had told the caller, "You tryin' to call me out, n***er!" Not sure how that got through, but in all fairness, you have to listen very closely to hear the actual word.

You be the judge. Download the podcast on their website and skip to the 14-minute mark.
