DID THEY EVER CATCH THE TOWER-TOPPLING VANDALS?

No I don't think they Have. I'll let you know if I find out.
 
The fcc web site states that WVAB tried to get back on the air at Greatly Reduced Power, But the property owner changed his mind about letting WVAB use his location. Any Effort being made to Rebuild? Could the Original Tower site be used?
