Did they give up on KHTZ?

I see now the status is Currently Off the Air FM Station, but it is not listed on the regular radio-locator data base. What are they going to do to these stations? I remember KJAZ was on the air a long time ago, they played classic rock, pretty good station, They have been off for a very long time now. KROY use to play some heavy metal Christian music I'd get a kick out of listening to that. Which that station has been off the air for ever also. I still see KVIC has a CP to move to 104.7. Wonder if that will ever happen? It'll make KVIC more easier to pick up.
