Did Time Wanner Cable Get In Trouble?

Im not a big fan of Time Warrner Cable but, I did hear that they showed some wrong stuff on their cartoon channle according to WRAL.
 
Somebody routed the Adult Barker Channel into the Kids On Demand channel. I guess somebody needed to get the blood flowing as they worked and forgot to switch the "ready" channel back to what it should have been.

As far as I know, there is no way you can put an channel on the air without some human assistance or incompetence. But, then there's a Prius in California.

Need to read the story on wral site. It was the preview square on the preview page not the actual on-air channel. There is a difference. I bet not many saw it as opposed to if it was the actual channel. Still a mighty big oops!
