Did WSB Change Their Overnights?

Back when the late Art Bell was hosting C2C, the late Ian Punnett was hosting C2C on Sunday Nights/Monday mornings and fill in for Art when he was ill out of the WGST studios here in Atlanta. I was his Atlanta based producer/engineer in 2000 and 2001. At that time, C2C was engineered and linked up to the satellite out of Medford, Oregon. Ian would do his own segment for the first hour which he called Cryptonews/Kryptonews before taking a guest for the final three hours. I never knew if it was because of his love of Cryptozoology or Krypto, Superman’s dog. Ian was a big fan of DC comics and had a huge DC superhero print in his home studio which he did his Nashville Rock weekday morning show from. He would be tickled pink to have C2C on the blowtorch that is WSB. Big thanks to Ken Charles, WSB programming guru and Ian’s and my former boss at WGST to bring this legendary program back to Atlanta.

Now that Art and Ian are no longer with us, I would love to hear how listeners like George Noory and all the various weekend hosts.
