Did WSSA change call signs, format, and owners?

I was cruising on the south side of Atlanta and tuned in 1570 WSSA to hear they now had the call sign of WIGO. When did that happen, and did it change hands finally? Has the format changed again (was black gospel/talk)?
 
WIGO used to be the call sign for 1340 AM and was a long time black gospel station. Maybe someone picked up the heritage call sign to go with their new format. The taget auge group might remember the old call sign.
