DIFFERENT song, SAME title!

How about different song, same title, same melody:

One Night - Smiley Lewis
One Night - Elvis Presley

Can't Get Enough Of Your Love - Bachman Turner Overdrive
Can't Get Enough Of Your Love - The Maestro, Barry White

Lawd Ha' Merceh!  I've been corrected twice in the same hour on the same song with the BTO Thingy.
Bad Company - and I knew it, but went on with it anyway.  Sheesh!

Miss You - Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes
Miss You - The Rolling Stones

ELO also had a "So Fine," which I am guessing HAS to be different from these two! Didn't the Oak Ridge Boys also do a "So Fine"? "Elvira" sound-a-like, if I am not mistaken.

Oak Ridge Boys' "So Fine" = Fiestas

Okay, thanks, I kinda got that from reading the comments under the Oaks' youtube video of that one. I always thought of it as "Elvira," part 2! ;D

Just about anything ELO did could be classified as a different song, except for a small handful, i.e. Turn To Stone, Roll Over Beethoven (ultra long play complete version only on the album Ole ELO - not on the CD or tape).

"Smoke on the Water" -- Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys (1945)
"Smoke on the Water" -- Deep Purple (1972-73)
