What about the licensed Philadelphia, PA full power TV stations, will they keep the analog signals on until 6/12 or not?

WMCN and WTVE have already gone all-digital. Of the remaining stations still running analog, only WMGM is shutting off analog next week. All of the others will wait as late as June 12.

Does anyone know why Sinclair is turning off the analog broadcast of WTTE next week and not WSYX?

Probably because of the reported signal issues that people are having in the fringes. I imagine they want to keep it on the air as long as possible (until their channel change is approved) so that people don't lose the service just because it's on VHF-13.

That explains it. Now, how far the owners of WCPX LP48 in building their digital tower to broadcast on UHF TV25? Plus I haven't seen any notices about WWHO switching off their analog tower being broadcast. I did notice in one of the DTV appendixes that WWHO is sill showing the old date. On the WWHO website they're showing the new date.

Does any full power TV station that broadcast on the 700 Mhz band (UHF TV channel 52-69) must turn off their analog tower next Tuesday, with some exceptions due to reception/technical issues?
