DIGITAL TV 32 WANN EVOLVING

TV 32 seems to be making the most of digital TV. They are Atlanta's best NEW digital station as well as innovators. They make the most of their sub channels (from news, infomercials and music) to classic reruns. Some channels they self create while others are imports.
UNPLUG THE CABLE/SATELLITE AND CHECK THEM OUT.........

32.3 THIS TV (seen in many markets across the country)
Patty Duke, Mr. Ed, The Outer Limits, Bat Masterson, Sea Hunt, Highway Patrol, Pink Panther, movies and cartoons.

32.4 PRISM (broadcasts from Atlanta, movies)

32.7 TUFF TV (broadcasts from Atlanta, similar to Retro TV and associated with them)
Cisco Kid, Daniel Boone, I Spy, Rifleman, movies and sports.

I think it was a major plus for them to snatch up THIS TV before someone else did. They seem determined to stay and continue to strive to get better (unlike some other locals).

Tuff TV does not come from Atlanta, to my knowledge. It is a sister network to RTV and presumably comes from Chattanooga where RTV is.

They must not be considered a real station, is the only reason I can see why they are not on cable or satellite. They are a LOW POWER station. I doubt cable could devote 10 channels to one station anyway.

However, they say they are the 1st digital station in the country to offer 10 channels of programs plus 10 channels of music. Hey, isn't that what digital TV was supposed to do, but hasn't yet? Seems like they are doing their best to PAVE THE WAY for everybody else.

UPDATE
now 32.5 is the Oldie Goldie network (Beverly Hillbillies, Lucy Show, Bonanza, Roy Rodgers,
westerns and movies)

the complete WANN 32 lineup
32.1 Atlanta Program Guide (for all stations in Atlanta)
32.2 TR3S - spanish tv
32.3 THIS TV
32.4 Prism
32.5 OLDIE GOLDIE
32.6 Latv - latino tv
32.7 TUFF TV
32.8 Legacy - religious
32.9 Jewelry
32.10 infomercials
RADIO 32.21 WGST, 32.22 THE BULL, 32.23 PROJECT 961, 32.24 THE LEGEND,
32.25 THE GROOVE, 32.26 EL PATRON

A company called Prism Broadcasting Network owns WANN -- apparently, Clear Channel either leases the spaces, or they granted WANN permission to rebroadcast them.

Due to the Groove's simulcast, they now have two channels playing the station. I've been enjoying This TV lately. Where I live I have to struggle to get WANN-LD over the antenna, but once I find the right place it comes in clear as a bell. Coincidentally, my daily workplace is literally right under the WANN tower, which is also on the same lot as the Kicks tower.

All that most need is a small $20 indoor antenna from Home Depot or elsewhere.

I think their antenna is off Briarcliff (behind TV 46) where all those antennas are. Their
office is either in the Nations Bank building OR Jimmy Carter Blvd.
