DirecTV and News 10 (KXTV) Sacramento

I watch a lot of programming on News 10 in Sacramento and I notice quite often a loss of sync between video and audio. It doesn't seem to be tied to network programming as I see it on the local News as well.

I'm watching them through DirecTV so it's quite possible a piece of encoding gear at their facility is to blame. Thought I would reach out on the board and see if anyone else has experienced this loss of sync between video and audio perhaps OTA or with another provider.
