Looks like the Dirt Sheet blog is getting a daily update. Information seems pretty current; could be getting some info off these boards. I checked www.dirtsheet.blogspot.com earlier today; it had news on new bosses at KOVR and some radio stuff from SF; some regional TV too.

Nice blog...very thorough. Who has the time to compile all of this media info from Bakersfield to Eureka? Props to whomever is responsible for this.

Love the Dirt Sheet but

I wish it would have more personal stuff about the inner workings of shows and relationships b/w hosts, co-hosts, newspeople, management, etc.

Got to agree. Haven't figured out who's writing it, but whoever it is needs more inside stuff. Lots of good tidbits, though.

Hey if you want inside stuff...start sharing what you know. And if you feel you can't because you're afraid of backlash, don't ask others to do it. C'mon.

Eh

I wonder how anything ever gets leaked out in the first place then?

Seriously? That's how I make a living. All day long, my e-mailbox gets filled up with tips, gossip, rumors, innuendo, wild-ass guesses and informed predictions by people who work at radio stations and just can't keep their mouths shut.

God love 'em!
