Disappearing Dagmar (and Glenn)

WGCL's coverage of the floods is missing one person...Dagmar.

I don't know if she was planning to take this week of prior, or if WGCL management took her off due to inexperience, but the new weekend guy is apparently filling in.

I wonder if this is sign that better things are coming.

Also...Glenn Burns is MIA at WSB-TV. I suspect he had this week off for some reason.

Well, even though Glenn isn't on 2 they are still doing heck of a job! Besides, all of Channel 2's meterologist are always on point. Wonder if he got flooded out? I also noticed CBS Atlanta keeping up with the coverage extending most of there newscast on Monday, but Dagmar was MIA. I didn't see Greg Majewski neither. Only two I saw was the new guy Cris Martinez and the doggie girl Jennifer Valdez.

Update on Dagmar...she's back! Guess management made her take off while the town was in danger.

She needs to be let go...now! If management had her take off during a major disaster, then what is the point of her being around, other then trying to attract men who drool over women?

Glenn's father-in-law in Florida passed away thus the reason for his absence.

I'm told Dagmar was on vacation this week. Insert tacky comments here. Since Laura Huckabee left, I rarely sample 46.

Speaking of WSB-TV - I noticed Carol Sbarge was there Monday am but Linda Stouffer filled in the rest of the week. I wonder if Carol was flooded.

i believe its a bit of a stretch to say WGCL purposely moved dagmar because of the flooding. following the logic that she's not a metereologist so she does not know what she's doing, then why did WXIA TV keep paul ossman during floods? he's not a metereologist either. dagmar is a great draw for CBS atlanta, and management knows it all too well
