Disappointed In "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me"

One of the funniest hours on radio anywhere (with the exception of any hour of the Stephanie Miller show) is the satirical news quiz "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" on NPR. This morning, the host disappointed me a little. The news story in question dealt with some researchers making gelatin from human cellulite or collagen. OK, one cultural reference could have been "soylent green is people", which they he didn't use. A little explainer mentioned researchers had come up with this recipe in their labs! If I had been on the staff of "WWDTM", I would have had Peter say: they used a book of recipes titled "To Serve Man", a famous episode of "The Twilight Zone". Opportunity lost.
