Discovery Channel/TLC eliminate Infomercials

It appears Discovery Channel and sister network TLC have eliminated infomercials. They are now showing more episodes of their regular shows in the time slots formerly occupied by infomercials. - 3AM-9AM (Monday-Sunday) on Discovery an 3AM-6AM Monday-Friday/3AM-9AM Saturday and Sunday on TLC.

I wish TLC would eliminate some of their regular shows instead.

There are only 2 shows I watch on TLC. - Cake Boss and Who Do You Think you are? Once in a blue moon they borrow Under Cover Boss from sister network OWN.

Yes, Don CT. How long can "My 600-Lb Life", "My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding" and "Sister Wives" go on?

I'll agree that dropping infomercials is a good move and I hope that starts to happen on other networks. But I watch very little on TLC except when my wife has it on and it could fold completely and I wouldn't miss it.
