Dish Network and Court TV

Basically, Dish is wanting to program on the cheap, so they dont want to pay the fees every other sat/cable provider have been paying in franchise fees to Turner for Court TV. They pulled this same BS when Versus wanted to be moved into the standard programming tier a couple of years ago.
 
Mrs. PRWriter is thrilled the spat is happening (and hopes it continues). It's nice to have the Biography Channel (or so she tells me) in our middle-tier package.
