Dish Network satellite dish farm in Orange, NJ

I occasionally drive past a Dish Network satellite dish "farm" on Thomas Blvd. in Orange, NJ. There are many huge satellite dishes clearly seen from the road. Is this where Dish receives and distributes it's programming? Is it just regional or national distribution from this location?
 
I believe it's regional, as Dish Network also maintains a similar satellite dish farm in Gilbert, Arizona.
 
Differences. The Orange, NJ facility is either a point of presence where locals are received or an uplink center like the ones in Gilbert and Cheyenne, Wyoming (that's the main one — hint: it's close to Denver).
