Every few weeks I get a flyer in the mail from DISH TV offering bargain rates for three different tiers of channels. (I have Comcast Cable). In the recent past, it offered MSNBC on the second, slightly more expensive tier, along with Current TV. Since then, Current TV went away to be replaced by al Jazeera America. Style has switched to Esquire TV and Fox Sports1 has started up. I checked the newest DISH TV flyer and it reflects some changes: MSNBC has been put in the least expensive tier putting it on a par with FNC, CNN and HLN. Then on the next, slightly more expensive tier, Aljazeera America, Esquire and Fox Sports1 appear. All during the period when MSNBC was NOT on the first tier, Free Speech America was! The first tier had two channels I had never heard of: Horseracing TV and Angel. Once in a while I get a flyer from Verizon, but not lately.
