In Disney's case they are selling their shares of A+E Global Media because they have to protect Hulu and Disney+. For Hearst they are in the process of getting Dallas Morning News deal approved. Yes as always we mentioned how Cable is being killed off by streaming TV in the same way NBCUniversal is spinning off their Cable division to VersantMedia as part of the move to protect Peacock and WB in the process of protecting HBO Max by spinning off their cable channels.
