DJ found guilty in Ptown incident

Barry Scott said:
I only met the police and was smashed into the side of a house and kicked so hard they knocked my sneaker off during their third visit when I complied immediately with their request to turn the party off...can you not see the implications of this as radio professionals??

No, I can't see the implications. I wish you the best in your appeal and I hope the truth is what wins in the end (regardless of what the truth is), but I can not see how the police trying to quiet down a house party after showing up three times has anything to do with radio!?!

I remember interning at 'ZLX all those years ago, when Barry was there, and the station was on one of the higher floors of the Hancock.

I wouldn't expect him to remember me, but he struck me as a real nice person with a good head on his shoulders, and a passion for music you never thought you'd hear again on the radio.

I just can't picture him saying "We Hate Police." It's been a mighty long time, but Barry, you'd have to have undergone a total change of personality for me to believe that.

Good luck with the appeal.

Liars.

One thing about liars is they can't keep their stories straight. The fact that Barry's description of the events has not changed one syllable in almost two years proves to me that HE is the one telling the truth!

Of course, cops lie like rugs all the time and their lies are treated like the gospel truth by judges and juries. The sick thing is that EVERYONE knows that cops universally lie like rugs-INCLUDING the judges.

Blind justice? Only when it comes to a cop's untrue, perjured testimony!
